Email marketer (m/f)

The function:
Are you a creative and data-driven marketer with a passion for email marketing? As an Email Marketer at Little Dutch, you are responsible for setting up, analyzing and optimizing our email campaigns and marketing flows. You know exactly how to reach our customers at the right time with the right message, with the aim of increasing engagement, loyalty and conversion.
Your duties:
- Develop, execute, and optimize email campaigns and automated email flows in Klaviyo;
- Segmenting audiences and personalizing content based on customer behavior and interests;
- A/B testing and analyzing campaigns to continuously improve performance;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop attractive and user-friendly email templates and content in line with the Little Dutch tone of voice;
- Monitoring key KPIs and reporting on results and optimizations;
- Reporting KPIs and results to the Manager Digital Marketing and E-Commerce.
What we expect from you:
- HBO work and thinking level and at least 3 to 5 years of experience with e-mail marketing, preferably in e-commerce;
- Demonstrable experience with Klaviyo and knowledge of automated email flows;
- Experience with A/B testing and segmentation strategies ;
- Strategic insight and the ability to make data-driven decisions;
- A sense for translating marketing campaigns into converting emails and email flows that fit the defined target groups;
- Innovative and problem-solving thinking to continuously improve email strategy;
- Proactive, independent and results-oriented mindset;
- Affinity with Little Dutch's target group: parents and young children.
