Shipments

For orders under € 50 with a delivery address in the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany, the shipping costs amount to € 4.95. For orders above € 50, the shipping costs are free. Different rates apply to other countries, depending on the destination country. Orders placed on a working day before 2 p.m. are shipped the same day. Orders after 2:00 pm on Friday to Sunday are shipped on Monday. The delivery time varies per country and carrier.

Return

If you want to return a product, you must do this within 14 days of receipt. The costs for returning are for your own account. Make sure that the product is returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
