Fruity Yogurt Popsicles
Looking for a healthy Summer snack? We've got you! These fruity yogurt popsicles are super easy to make and it's up to you to decide how much sugar is added. Or maybe you prefer no added sugar at all, because fresh fruit already has a wonderfully sweet taste. How about strawberries? Or banana? You can come up with all kinds of combinations. Just give it a try with our suggested ingredients, or simply check what's left in your fruit basket at home. You can turn almost any kind of fruit into yummy ice pops. The perfect fresh-from-the-freezer treat for the warm summer days! Your little one will love it, and so will you!
What you need:
- yogurt
- 1-2 tbsp fine granulated sugar of honey
- different kinds of fruit
- ice molds
This is how you make it:
- Stir the sugar or honey through the yogurt
- Cut the fruit into small pieces and divide over the molds
- Add the yogurt to the fruits in the molds
- Tap the molds on the counter to remove air pockets
- Put the tops of the ice cream molds on
- Place in the freezer for at least three hours
The fruity yogurt popsicles are made quickly, but wait until they are really frozen before you hand them out.
Storage advice: no longer than 3 months in the freezer.
