Payment

At Little Dutch, you can pay using various methods, including iDeal, credit card, PayPal, Giropay, Bancontact, Sofort, EPS, ING Home Pay, Belfius Direct Net, Przelewy24, and Cartes Bancaires. During the checkout process, the payment options available for your country will be displayed. Additionally, Little Dutch accepts the Baby Gift Voucher, Little Dutch e-Giftcard, and Little Dutch gift cards as payment methods.

Shipping

In the Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany, shipping costs are €4.95. Orders over €50 qualify for free shipping in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. In France, Ireland, Italy, Austria, Denmark, and Luxembourg, shipping costs are €9.95 for orders under €75.

When purchasing a scooter, you will not pay shipping costs to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Shipping is free and will be covered by Little Dutch.

For other countries, different rates apply, depending on the destination country.
If you order today, your order will typically be shipped the next business day. However, this only applies to orders placed on weekdays (Monday to Thursday). Orders placed on Friday, during the weekend, or on public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Delivery times vary by country and carrier.

Returns

If you wish to return a product, you must do so within 14 days of receipt. The cost of return shipping is at your own expense. Please ensure that the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Upon receipt of the return, Little Dutch will refund the purchase amount and the original shipping costs within 14 days. The risk of return shipment lies with the customer; therefore, ensure that the return is sufficiently stamped and well-packaged.
