Social Media Marketeer (M/F)
32 - 40 hours a week

Your responsibilities:
• Social media strategy: developing and implementing a creative social media strategy that matches the brand values ​​and objectives of Little Dutch. You analyze trends and identify opportunities to increase visibility and engagement.
• Content creation: selecting, planning and publishing catchy and visually attractive content (photos, videos, texts) in collaboration with the creative team.
• Graphic eye: editing visual content such as images, videos and illustrations using Adobe programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (Canva is an advantage).
• Community management: Active managing and monitoring social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.) and reactions, questions and comments from followers together with the Customer Support Team.
• Data analysis and reporting: monitoring social media statistics (engagement, reach, conversions). You report on results and the effect of campaigns, including recommendations for optimization and achieving KPIs.
• Trends and innovation: stay up to date with the latest developments and trends in social media and improve and expand new platforms and functions, such as Instagram Reels or Tiktok.
• Brand consistency: ensuring a consistent visual and textual brand identity on all social media channels, with an eye for the smallest details.
• Target group segmentation: analyzing target groups and coordinating campaigns for specific segments, such as young parents, grandparents or gift seekers.
• Influencer Marketing: Set up collaborations with influencers that match the values ​​of Little Dutch and manage these relationships.

We ask: 

  • HBO work and thinking level with a graphic/marketing background;
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in creating digital content and social media marketing, with demonstrable successes in campaigns and content creation;
  • Experience with Creative Adobe programs is a must;
  • Knowledge of AI;
  • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and orally in Dutch and English;
  • You are creative, you have an eye for a nice image and you have a smooth pen that matches the tone of voice of the brand;
  • Analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and Social Media Planning tools (for example Hootsuite or Buffer).
  • Pro activity in tackling new creative opportunities and the drive to continuously learn and grow;
  • You are result -oriented and you can handle deadlines and changing priorities. You have a high sense of responsibility, keep the overview and you can quickly switch between the different campaigns.
