Shipments

For orders under € 50 with a delivery address in the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany, the shipping costs amount to € 4.95. For orders above € 50, the shipping costs are free. Different rates apply to other countries, depending on the destination country. Orders placed on a working day before 2 p.m. are shipped the same day. Orders after 2:00 pm on Friday to Sunday are shipped on Monday. The delivery time varies per country and carrier.

Return

If you want to return a product, you must do this within 14 days of receipt. The costs for returning are for your own account.
