Shipments

In the Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany, you pay €4.95 in shipping costs. Orders above €35 are shipped free of charge in the Netherlands and Belgium. In Germany, orders above €50 are shipped free of charge. In France, the UK, Ireland, Italy, Austria, Denmark, and Luxembourg, shipping costs are €9.95 for orders under €75. For other countries, different rates apply depending on the destination. If you place your order today, it will generally be shipped the next business day. However, this only applies to orders placed on business days (Monday through Thursday). Orders placed on Friday, during the weekend, or on public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Delivery times vary by country and carrier.

Return

If you want to return a product, you must do this within 30 days of receipt. The costs for returning are for your own account. Make sure that the product is returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. After receiving the return shipment Little Dutch reimburse the purchase amount and the original shipping costs within 14 days. The risk of the return shipment lies with the customer; Therefore, ensure a sufficiently stamped and well -packaged return shipment.
