My favourite colour is blue.
Blue socks. Blue shirt. Blue overalls.
But you probably already saw that.
I also love the blue sky.
Oh, and I love making things!
With tools.
A treehouse. A cart.
Or a marble run that goes all through the forest.
I even know how a drill works.
But my mum says I don’t.
The other day I drilled a hole.
Not where Mum wanted one.
Oops.
My best friend is Rosa.
Do you know her?
She’s tough. And always messy from playing outside.
We’re always together.
Like a hammer and pliers.
She thinks of something. I make it.
She makes a joke. I have to laugh.
Will you come outside with me?
We’ll make a swing over the river.
Or a hut as tall as the trees.
Then we’ll be friends with the birds.
But first… will you be my friend?
