This is the privacy statement of Little Dutch Trading B.V., located at Industrieweg 74 in (2651 BD) Berkel en Rodenrijs. In order to be able to serve you well and to be able to perform our work as efficiently as possible, Little Dutch processes personal data. Little Dutch is therefore responsible for the processing of personal data as shown in this Privacy Statement.

We believe that careful handling of your personal data is of great importance. Your personal data will therefore be carefully processed and secured. You can count on your data to be safe with us and that we adhere to the applicable legal rules.

If you register for our newsletter, we will use the information required or individually provided for this to send you our (email) newsletter regularly.

After deregistration, we delete your email address, unless you have explicitly agreed to further use of your data or this use is permitted to us by law and we will inform you about this in this statement.

Contact form

We offer you the opportunity to ask questions on our website via a contact form. On this contact form we ask you to fill in various details to be able to process your question.

The personal data to be entered is collected by us for the following purposes:

  • Name: to be able to personalize our answer to you;
  • Telephone number: to contact you to be able to request further information to answer your question or to check whether we have answered your question as desired;

Webshop
You can make purchases online via our website. To ensure that we can actually deliver the product to you after your purchase, we must have your name and address details. We therefore ask you to enter your name, address, house number, zip code and place of residence when purchasing products via the online web store on our website. We then also ask you to enter your e-mail address so that we can confirm the order you place and we can keep you informed of the status of your order. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data when purchasing products in our online store is: "necessary for the implementation of the agreement to which you are a party".

Request dealership
Companies can request the dealership of Little Dutch via our website. The moment companies become a dealer of Little Dutch, they join the distribution system of Little Dutch. To know with whom Little Dutch may enter into a partnership, Little Dutch asks for some information from the company via a web form. Little Dutch also asks for the name of the contact person at the relevant company what the application for the dealership makes. The name of the contact person, the mobile number and the e-mail address concern personal data to which the General Data Protection Regulation applies. The moment that there is actually a distribution agreement between Little Dutch and the company where you work, the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is no longer "permission", but the processing is necessary for the implementation of an agreement.

 
Provision to third parties

We explicitly do not provide your personal data to third parties, unless this is necessary in the context of the implementation of the agreement, if this is legally required or if you have given us your permission for this.

For example, if you have set a complaint about a product you have purchased from Little Dutch from a store, website or other supplier, you may have set your personal data to the store, webshop or other supplier to handle your complaint. 

Social media buttons are also included on our website. When used by you of these social media buttons, the managers of these services collect your personal data. We have no influence on this processing of your personal data.

 

Pass on your personal data to countries outside the European Union

How does Little Dutch deal with your personal data and how are they secured?

Careful, safe and confidential. This is how we handle your personal data. Little Dutch processes with the greatest possible care all at its disposal or personal data collected by it.

What are your rights?

How can you exercise your rights?

If you wish to use your rights, you can contact us at any time via the customer service@littledutch.nl or by sending a letter to our address, with your name, address and telephone number. We will respond to your request within one month.

We ask you to identify yourself on the basis of a valid proof of identity. In this way we can check whether we provide the personal data to the correct person.

Excessive requests with regard to providing information can be rejected by us. Excessive requests are the case when, for example, you approach us more than average and necessary with information requests.
