To expand our sales team, we are immediately looking for a:

Sales Support employee (M/F) 
32 - 40 hours a week 

The function: 
Are you service -oriented, do you like to work with business customers, are you strong in communication and do you work on various projects at the same time? Then come and work with us!  
As an employee Sales Support you, together with your colleagues from the Support Team, ensure that the Little Dutch Textile, Clothing and Decoration Assortment can be sold to our retailers. In your role you support the sales team in the field of marketing, B2B communication and operational questions to ultimately achieve the turnover objectives. 
 
The activities include: 

  • Operational activities in Sales Support department (order processing, maintenance ERP system, managing mailbox, telephone customer contact, logistics schedules etc.);
  • Maintaining contacts with existing customers; 
  • Collaboration with Marketing Department in the development of advertisements for B2B customers;
  • Coordination of newsletters for B2B customers with e-commerce and sales department;
  • Keeping the B2B website together with the e-commerce department up to date;
  • Preparing commercial actions by working out the ideas in useful action packages and sales sheets that the sales managers can use together with colleagues from other departments;
  • Handling operational action points that are suggested by the sales managers. 

We expect from you: 

  • MBO work and thinking level;
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience;
  • You are a real team player;
  • Experience working with an ERP system, preferably MS Business Central;
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with MS Office package (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and teams);
  • Experience with Shopify, Klayvio and Gorgias;
  • You have a commercial and service -oriented institution;
  • You are stress shipping, solution -oriented and you can switch quickly;
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English language in word and writing, Frans is an advantage.
