Exchange & Return

You are responsible for organizing the transport to send your return to Little Dutch. The return address is:

Exchange is unfortunately not possible. However, you can return the product according to the indicated guidelines and then place a new order for the desired item.

Unfortunately it is not possible to return an online purchase in a store, since Little Dutch does not have its own stores. Resellers with physical stores manage their own stock and therefore cannot assist with the return of products purchased through our webshop.

Our warehouse processes returns within a maximum of 1 week of receiving the return product. Once the processing process has been completed, the credit amount is automatically refunded to your account.

If you want to return an item, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return shipment. These costs are not reimbursed. If the returned product appears to be damaged, incomplete or used, the damage will be deducted from the amount that you get back. We will inform you about this by e-mail.

Little Dutch products are produced with the greatest care and attention. We strive that every article is of excellent quality and offers a lot of pleasure to our customers.
