To expand our Creative Marketing Team, we are immediately looking for a:

Graphic Designer (M/F)
32 - 38 hours a week

The function:
As an organization, Little Dutch is in full swing and so also our brand. The Creative Marketing department, consisting of 10 colleagues, is responsible for the brand strategy of Little Dutch and the associated marketing and communication. Together you ensure the strengthening of the brand and its reputation, both in the Netherlands and internationally. The different target groups are reached online and offline with appropriate expressions.

In the position of Graphic Designer you are responsible for the visual look of Little Dutch. You have a passion for marketing and design and with your graphic and commercial skills you are able to renew our branding, to develop and implement it. You are not unknown to thinking along in concepts with regard to storytelling of the new collections (incl. Moodboards). You know how to express the Little Dutch feeling in the picture and you are able to improve our appearance in our expressions such as in new campaigns, promotional collaborations, the layout for leaflets, the website, social media, pos material, advertisements (online and offline), the catalog or a magazine. You understand which appearance is suitable for the different customer groups and know how to address them. Thanks to your passion for the profession, you are aware of the innovations and developments that take place in the market and online environment. With your strong empathy, you see the possibilities and automatically puts this into practice.

We ask:

• Passion for design and marketing;
• Graphic education and at least 5 years of relevant work experience;
• Excellent knowledge of the entire Adobe CS package;
• You are creative and innovative, you have an eye for detail and you are commercially set;
• You are solution -oriented, flexible and stress resistant and proactive in tackling new creative opportunities;
• You are strong and result -oriented communication. You have a high sense of responsibility, keep the overview and you can quickly switch between different current projects;
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
