New products are added almost every week. These can be found on the 'New' page. In addition, we are launching new clothing collections in the spring and autumn, a new children's room collection in September, and a new beach collection in the spring.

Announcement winner. Within 5 working days after the promotion, winners will receive a personal message via the e-mail address with which they participated. Win promotions are organized by Little Dutch Shop B.V., based in Berkel en Rodenrijs. The following conditions apply to these competitions.

1. Free participation.
   Participation in promotions is free. You participate by sending an e-mail with the requested information or, if applicable, filling in a registration form. With a Golden Ticket promotion you automatically participate by placing an order on the indicated day (s). For free items that are given away with orders, the following applies: gone = gone.
2. One participation per person.
   Each participant can participate in a promotion a maximum of once.
3. Correct data is required.
   Make sure you provide correct, current and complete information when participating.
4. Advertising Code Social Media.
   Participants must adhere to the advertising code social media.
5. Promotion period.
   The duration of the promotion is always stated in the action description.
6. Age limit.
   To participate, you must be at least 16 years old. Younger participants are excluded.
7. Fair draw.
   The winner will be selected randomly and impartially.
8. Announcement winner.
   Winners will receive a personal message within 5 working days after the promotion via the e-mail address with which they participated.
9. Subject to changes.
   Little Dutch reserves the right to adjust promotional conditions or the action itself, without prior notice. Changes that are detrimental to participants are not made.
10. No correspondence.
    It is not possible to correspond to the result.
11. Not interchangeable.
    Prices cannot be exchanged for money or other products.
12. Privacy and e-mails.
    Personal data is only used for the performance of the competition and not shared with third parties. After participation you will receive a maximum weekly e-mail with information about Little Dutch. You can easily unsubscribe via the unsubscribe link in the e-mail.
13. Unforeseen situations.
    In cases where these conditions do not provide, Little Dutch decides.
14. Rules and legislation.
    Little Dutch acts according to the Code of Conduct for Promotional Gambling (January 1, 2014).
15. Applicable law.
    Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions.
16. Exclusion.
    Participants who do not meet these conditions can be excluded from participation.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without having to give up a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. The full order amount, including shipping costs, is then refunded.

The costs for returning a product from your house to our return address are for your own account. Check the rates at your carrier. When you use the right of withdrawal, the product, along with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - should be returned to Little Dutch in the original condition and packaging

Our products are supplied with a six -month warranty period. Production and design errors only fall within this warranty. The warranty does not apply to wear due to use, damage caused by traps or incorrect use, or the loss of parts of an item. Do you want to use the warranty? Then contact us via the contact form or send an e-mail to customservice@littledutch.nl. State your order number, the order date, your name, a description of the defect, and add a photo of the defect. If you have not purchased the product through our web store, we request that you contact the store where you purchased the product. Let me know if something else needs to be adjusted!

No problem! Go to the login screen and click on 'Forgot password'. Enter your e-mail address and click on 'Reset password'. You will receive an e-mail with a temporary password, which you can then easily adjust to your wishes in your account.
