Manager finance (M/F) 
32 - 40 hours a week 

The function:
In this role you are financial responsible for the entire organization by Little Dutch, where you are accountable to the MT and the owners. You put the financial Administration in a new clear and clear way. You make annual budgets, budgets with the MT and you Are responsible for managing managers.

Responsibilities and tasks: 

  • Responsible for quality, timeliness and accuracy of the budget, financial reports, prognoses and the planning & control cycle; 
  • Managing the money flows in the organization (Liquidity budgets and cash management), Including decision -making around the desired power structures and investments; 
  • Facilitate decision -making,  Through analysis, reporting, Risk Inventory and advice towards MT and management;
  • Giving strategic advice for professionalization and growth. You translate this strategy to the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasting processes, investments and profit-loss reports; 
  • Responsible for the entire accounting in various administrations; 
  • Identify and implement improvements in the financial operational management (policy, Processes, procedures and checks), Including the further development of the reporting structure with the help Business Central and Power BI; 
  • Manage insurance portfolio; 
  • Show leadership in guiding the organization through change processes. 

We ask: 

  • A completed financial or business economic training at HBO/WO level;
  • At least 8 to 10 year relevant experience In a commercial company, bi preference retail or brand; 
  • International knowledge of purchasing and sale with many different countries; 
  • Experience or affinity with the wholesale/retail sector; 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Business Central and Power BI;
  • Strong numerical insight and analytical and problem -solving capacity;
  • Excellent knowledge and control of Excel;
  • Drive, independence and proactive;
  • Good internal and external communication skills;
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
