Office Manager (M/F)

32 - 40 hours a week

 
The function:

As an Office Manager you ensure that everything runs smoothly and that colleagues can work in a pleasant, caring and well -organized working environment. You also support the management team with administrative and organizational tasks. Thanks to your enthusiasm, flexibility and stress resistance, you contribute to a pleasant working atmosphere and a smoothly running office. You are proactive and you take the initiative to implement improvements and resolve challenges. Integrity is self -evident for you; You handle confidential information discreetly and always act in the interest of the organization and your colleagues.

 

The activities include:

·         Planning, preparing and taking minutes of MT meetings;

·         Managing agendas and appointments from MT members;

·         Coordinate and monitor action points from meetings;

·         Taking care of internal communication and presentations;

·         Managing and coordinating facility management and housing;

·         Managing three facility employees and ensuring an efficient and well -functioning team;

·         Arranging daily office activities, such as planning, stock management, purchasing of canteen and office supplies;

·         Budget responsible;

·         Incoming and outgoing communication, (telephone, e-mail, mail) and welcoming visitors from visitors;

·         Drawing up and improving office processes;

·         Implementing and monitoring RI&E (risk assessment and evaluation) to guarantee a safe working environment;

·         Coordinate and book from business journeys;

·         Creating a pleasant working environment in which cooperation and job satisfaction are central.

 

We are looking for someone:

·         HBO work and thinking level, with 5 years of relevant work experience in facility, administrative or supporting function;

·         Has a real hands-on mentality and can work independently;

·         Strong organizational skills, flexible, stress resistant and solution -oriented;

·         Experience with managing employees is an advantage;

·         Customer friendliness, a representative attitude, a great sense of responsibility and integrity is of paramount importance;

·         Good knowledge of MS Office;

·         An excellent command of the Dutch and English language, in word and writing.
